SIGNIS 2020 Annual Report Now Available

The 2020 annual report of SIGNIS is now available, detailing their many creative initiatives and communication efforts carried out throughout the world. President Helen Osman describes the work in this way:

"Journalists who work for the Catholic Church have a special responsibility to speak truth to power and to be ‘voices for the voiceless,’ to quote our patron, St. Oscar Romero. We must hold those in power to carry a preferential option for the poor in their decision-making. We also bear a special responsibility to hold out a solid Christian hope to our readers and viewers. In the face of so much darkness and death, we know God’s love for humanity, expressed through our and relieve stress. solidarity and care for one another, will triumph. Telling those stories of hope and mercy is essential in these difficult times."
